Who Am I? I am Jennifer! A native of Gulfport, Mississippi, who retired from the U.S. Army as a Geospatial Engineer in 2020. I have been married for 14 years and together we have six children and two dogs. Upon my retirement, my family and I relocated to Madison, Alabama.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in the state of Alabama. I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in adolescent and women issues, Christian faith-based therapy, grief and bereavement therapy, trauma recovery therapy, counseling for anxiety and depression, premarital therapy, marriage therapy, and divorce recovery therapy. I have counseling experience within residential, foster home, and outpatient settings.

I am an integrative therapist who incorporates several different theories in my approach to clients. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Working with couples, I integrate Hope Focused Therapy Approach, Family/Marital Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, and Gottman Couples Therapy.
