The Caterpillar Effect is the foundation of She’s Evolving™—a transformational journey that guides a woman through healing, identity, and intentional becoming. It is not about rushing into the next version of yourself, but about honoring the process that comes before the transformation is visible.

 

Rooted in Matthew 9:21–22, the Caterpillar Effect reflects a powerful truth: healing begins with an internal decision. “If I may but touch His garment, I shall be whole.” Before the woman was restored publicly, she made a private decision to believe, to move, and to reach. That is where evolution begins.

 

The Caterpillar Effect is built on three intentional tiers, each representing a stage of growth in the journey of becoming:

Caterpillar Academy — Awareness & Healing

This is where it begins.

Caterpillar Academy is the space for slowing down and becoming aware. Here, women confront the roots—past experiences, limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, and internal narratives that have shaped how they see themselves and the world.

 

It is about doing the inner work:

• Understanding your story without being defined by it

• Identifying unhealthy patterns and thought cycles

• Developing emotional awareness and honesty

• Beginning the process of healing with God at the center

 

This stage mirrors the moment the woman said within herself. Before she moved, she recognized her need and believed something could change.

 

MetamorphFIT — Transformation & Discipline

This is where change is practiced.

 

MetamorphFIT is the space where awareness turns into intentional action. It focuses on building the habits, disciplines, and structures that support transformation—not just spiritually, but mentally, emotionally, and physically.

 

It is about becoming aligned:

• Renewing the mind and replacing limiting beliefs with truth

• Developing consistency, discipline, and self-leadership

• Strengthening boundaries and emotional regulation

• Integrating faith with daily practices and lifestyle

 

This stage reflects the woman’s movement through the crowd. She didn’t just believe—she acted. Transformation requires movement, even when it’s uncomfortable.

 

Naomi’s Table — Identity, Community & Leadership

This is where you take your seat.

 

Naomi’s Table is the space of refinement, identity, and positioning. Here, women are no longer just healing—they are walking in who they are becoming. It is about being poured into, building community, and stepping into purpose with clarity and confidence.

 

It is about being established:

• Strengthening identity and voice

• Cultivating healthy relationships and sisterhood

• Walking in purpose, leadership, and influence

• Maintaining growth while helping others evolve

 

This stage reflects the moment Jesus said, “Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole.” She was not just healed—she was seen, affirmed, and restored in identity.

The Heart of The Caterpillar Effect

 

The Caterpillar Effect teaches that transformation is not just about becoming something new—it’s about allowing God to work through every stage of who you are becoming.

 

You don’t skip to the butterfly.

You honor the caterpillar.

The Caterpillar Effect is designed to be accessible, intentional, and honor-based, allowing each woman to participate in her journey of healing and transformation without financial pressure, while still valuing the investment in her growth.

 

Initial Registration Fee – $50

A one-time $50 registration fee is required to enter The Caterpillar Effect.

 

This fee covers:

• Program onboarding and placement within a tier

• Starter materials and foundational resources

• Administrative and program support

• Access to the Caterpillar Effect community space

 

This initial step represents a commitment to your process—a decision to begin your journey of becoming.

 

Honor Seed Model (Ongoing Investment)

After registration, The Caterpillar Effect operates on an honor seed system rather than fixed monthly payments.

 

An honor seed is a voluntary financial contribution given based on:

• Personal capacity

• Level of engagement

• Value received from the program

 

This model reflects both faith and responsibility:

• It removes financial barriers while maintaining access

• It encourages intentional giving, not obligation

• It allows each woman to invest in her own transformation in a meaningful way

 

Participants are encouraged to give consistently (weekly or monthly), but the amount is prayerfully and personally determined.

Rooted Seed $50: I’m choosing consistency and showing up for my growth.

Growing Seed $75: I’m actively engaging and applying what I’m learning.

Becoming Seed $100: I’m investing deeply in my transformation and alignment.

Transformation Seed $150: I’m fully committed to doing the work and evolving.

Legacy Seed $200: I’m growing and helping sustain this space for others.

Covenant Seed $250: I’m sowing beyond myself and partnering with the vision.

Scholarships & Support

For women who feel called to the program but may be experiencing financial hardship, limited scholarship opportunities or sponsored placements may be available.
