Fees for Services - Out of Pocket Fees/Self Pay (*not covered by insurance)
Individual Psychotherapy $100 for 60 minutes.
Couple/Family Therapy $150-$200 for 60 minutes.
Group Therapy $50 for 60 minutes.
I offer a few limited sliding scale opportunities. I am in-network with ComPsych EAP insurance provider. I can provide a Superbill to anyone wanting to claim partial reimbursement for their PPO health plan out of network benefits. Please consult with your insurance provider to ensure you will be reimbursed for services provided before scheduling an appointment.
I accept cash, check ,Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-HOUR NOTICE MUST be given for any rescheduling and/or cancellations. A FULL session fee charge will be ENFORCED if a 24-HOUR NOTICE is not given for reschedules, cancellations, and for no call/no shows. Thank you for your cooperation.
